The people at McNicoll in Edinburgh are professional, kind, quick and very efficient. They helped us out while we were in trouble with another rental company, on a ***Sunday***, in a weekend of a bank holliday when nobody else would. They saved our holiday!

This company provided me with excellent service. Let down last minute by another vehicle hire company I came across McNicoll. They immediately put our minds at rest that they would help us out even though the hire was required the next day. I went to the Newton Grange depot and was helped by Andy who did all he could to reassure us all would be well.

Everything about the customer service was excellent. I can not a fault them at all and will be using them again in the future. If you are looking for a reliable hire company I would recommend that you look no further than McNicoll.

We have hired a car from McNicoll, in Newtongrange, twice now and I have to say that their customer service is excellent. They are extremely helpful in finding a vehicle to suit your needs. And their price? Amazing. Before we had started using them we had looked around and no one could beat McNicoll on price. I even called them up and asked if the price was correct and if there were any hidden charges, but there wasn’t. I highly recommend them and I will continue to use them

So have used alot of hire companies other the past 2 years for my business Then was contacted by Ray From Mcnicoll hire and have never looked back. Every vehicle I have had and have from these guys has been absolute brilliant from there merc B class to their VW Luton to the Ranger we now have from these guys. and will be taking more from these guys over the next few months.. great rates, great staff, great vehicle cant say enough for these guys at mcnicoll big thanks to Andy, Natasha and Megan for everything and look forward to doing more business with use soon
